He is very genuine, listens and really cares, compared to so many Dr's that really don't. I'm thankful I found this dr. Hes helping me with my insomnia ptsd & anxiety more than any Dr I've ever went to, besides Dr Aukerman was a very great dr also, but he's retired unfortunately. It took me almost 7 years to find this one.
Kind, and understanding. Will actually take the time to get to know you and he has saved my life. I am heavily tattooed and was turned away by several other doctors strictly because my appearance, I’m a tattoo artist so I’ve used to it. I was struggling so bad and Dr. Balster actually talked to me and treated me like a person. I owe this my my life. My kids have there mom back and I have found my life again!
