Memorial Park

We go to have our breakfast and coffee and to enjoy the scenery and the geese love it there

Memorial Park is a great place to take the kids for a day out. There is plenty of space to run around, and the playground equipment is top notch. The picnic areas are also well-maintained and provide a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal.

Feels a bit run down, but isn't that what you want from nature, to slowly destroy the things you build?

Frozen pond in winter.

Home to the ohio record size bluegill. It lives in the pond, we catch and release it every time.

Bring a pole, tape measure, and scale and a couple witnesses and catch the monster. Record then release it back into pond to keep growing.

Beautiful park with lots to do! Much more than a playground, my family loved walking the trails. Can't wait to visit again.

The magnolia promenade is gorgeous in the spring and the playgrounds are well maintained. The walking path is just short enough that you can easily get two kids around half before they realize they are walking when they said no.
