Jackie from Waite & Sons was so professional. This funeral home did the services for a church member of ours and it was so easy to coordinate everything with them. The casket arc is really unique too. Very professional and easy to work with.

My mother passed away from Covid19 in New Jersey and we had to plan a funeral from out of state. After calling around, Waite & Son Funeral Home was the most helpful and clear with what could and could not be done. We had a special situation in which we had to fly my mom here to Ohio. Jackie was the most sincere and knowledgable person. She took care of everything for me. Where as other funeral homes wanted me to reach out, do the research and coordinate with a funeral home in New Jersey before they could do anything here in Ohio. She did the research and called numerous funeral homes in New Jersey to prepare my mom. There were many obstacles and restrictions due to the pandemic, but Jackie figured everything out. She was constantly available via phone, text or email anytime of day. She always kept me informed and gave me time to make decisions. She never rushed our decisions. During the visiting hours and funeral mass, Andrew was very professional, kind and helpful. He allowed us extra time and again never rushed anything. My experience with Waite & Son was excellent, for such a tragic time in my life they made the process seamless.

I can't say enough nice things about Waite and Son. I was extremely pleased with thier service. The staff is very kind and caring. They did a wonderful job with the DVD and arranged for a military salute for my father who was a WWII veteran. Overall, they were really helpful and their prices were very reasonable.

Everyone there were so very nice, friendly, and they made our family and friends feel welcome. Thank you..
