Clayton was unbelievably helpful in assisting with some basic education in how our water softener and reverse osmosis system is setup. On top of that, he replaced a few aging parts and provided recommendations for ensuring the system operates at peak performance. He did all of this after only stopping in to have our water samples tested. He provided incredible service, a friendly demeanor and went above and beyond in my book.
