I loved the experience, Kelly C was amazing, she was super busy but made sure all my needs and wants were met and made sure I had a clear understanding of my purchase and the warranty it came with! I purchased a new car and took a fun pic before I left! Prices were reasonable and they had a wide selection to choose from. I'd recommend many to give this place and Kelly C a shout!

The service department at Franklin Park is outstanding. Carmen Richardson did an awesome job of explaining the repairs that made and I had a personal discussion with Jim, the mechanic, who showed me the defective parts and and he was very patient and reassuring about the repairs that he made. Carmen provided a loaner car to me and kept me informed about the estimated cost of the repairs and the length of time needed to complete the job. They met the cost estimate and returned my car in a very timely manner. My car was thoroughly cleaned and serviced. Thank you Carmen for the professional way that handled my situation. I strongly recommend Franklin Park Lincoln Dealership Service Department. This is a 5 star dealership.
