(January 6, 2021, 3:52 pm)I called the Oregon Menards at 7:00 pm on Tuesday January 5th asking if they had a particular chair in stock. I wanted to purchase 2 chairs for my 84 year old MIL. Chrissy whom I believe is the department manager assured us chair was in stock. She then proceeded to help me complete a call in phone purchase. Wednesday morning I drove 2 hours from Michigan to pick up chairs. Process went flawlessly thanks to extra effort put forth by Chrissy! I want to saw a great big Thank You to Chrissy and staff at Oregon Menards! MIL was estatic!
