One of the best sound healing sessions I’ve been to! We were visiting family and will be sure to attend sound healing when we are back in the area.
Essence is the best thing I have done for myself in years! It truly is a "mind/body" studio. The classes are wonderful and conducted under the well trained and watchful eyes of excellent instructors. The staff is helpful, pleasant and fun. I have learned so much about my own health and well being! Diana has created an environment in which you feel the positive energy as soon as you walk through the doors. Love it!

She has created a welcoming atmosphere that attends to individual needs and abilities without the typical pressure in most fitness practices. The studio offers excellent training opportunities and valuable wellness workshops! It is my second home!
