Very small but extremely friendly and loving congregation who appreciate everyone who walks through the door -the pastor engages the congregation with his well thought-out sermons based on scripture- always taking the time to give the children their own little sermon on the steps of the altar- a pianist accompanies the traditional hymns of worship- the congregation still engages in the Doxology -The Lord's Prayer- responsive scripture reading AND the Alleluia together- it is so refreshing to be comforted with the familiar in a Church service for a change nowadays. They shared Joys and concerns and pray corporately for their little community of which they are all involved- they most recently began a drive-thru communion service open to All Peoples of all faiths in their neighborhood the first Sunday of the month from 12 to 12:30- how Very thoughtful of them! I give them 5 stars😃😃😃😃😃

Sheffield Lake UCC is a very open and welcoming church. I would highly recommend this congregation to anyone who would like to join a church and is worried about being judged or not fitting in. All are welcome here. You will find nothing but love behind these doors.

Wonderful meeting and an excellent lead, only thing bad is they need air conditioning because that place was packed and it was probably 100 degrees in there lol!
