Was emptying a storage unit for a friend. The security seemed good, the facility was clean. Only trouble was that it was hard to get the cart though the doors without knocking things off.

This place was the best ! Never had any issues and problems at all they have carts that you can use which helped me so much ! The price for my storage was very decent and much better than other places . This storage place was neat and clean the guy who attended me through phone when i first needed a unit was very professional and kind and helpful through phone and in person ,and the lady who attended me when i no longer needed my storage unit was very helpful and kind as well ! I used the app to pay my bill every month and never had not 1 issue either they do provide receipt as well after payment its so much easier so if your a busy person like me and dont have a chance to pay in person the app is a very good decision ! If i ever need a storage unit again in the future i will be definitely considering cube storage in elyria again ! 😊
