Special ordered a toilet from Lowe's. When my pro 'Jeremy' delivered it to my home we found it was broken. He immediately contacted his boss who advised it be taken back. My pro did just that and was able to take care of the refund. He even installed a new temporary toilet for our use. I had to go the next day and reorder a new toilet, this time had it delivered to my home unbroken. Jeremy came out at my requested date and time and installed the new toilet. I think Jeremy went above his duties with the installation. He was very, very professional and nice to talk with.
