Always happy with my service.

My cricket phone has lasted for more than a year and a half, in contrast to several virgin mobile phones, which never made it to a year. Staff here have gone out of their way to be helpful to me, particularly a young man named Bryant. It is very appreciated.

I needed a new phone and wanted something specific. It wasn't in the store, so instead of trying to upsell me, these young men transferred the phone from another store. I went there to pIck it up and the young man there took the time to make sure all my data was transferred. Love the phone and could not be happier about the service. Throughout this process, these folks were professional, courteous and respectful. Love Cricket

Haylo, the store manager is the best!! She was super awesome and her customer service was top tier unlike the Mayfield Heights location and the shaker heights, lee road location where the service was horrendous! Please keep Haylo, she is worth having there. If it wasn't for her, I would take my business to another elsewhere.
