Had a great experience with the crew at mentor Sams club. My car got stuck in the cold and wouldn’t start, they jump started my car, replaced the battery in my car, and it’s running fantastic now thanks to these guys. I haven’t had any issues since and they took care of me rather quickly.

Special ordered tires online, they were delivered to the store 4 days later. Made the appointment to get the tires mounted and balanced. The service took 45 minutes

The team is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They patched my tire in record time, less than 30 minutes. Drew made me feel very comfortable as I was uncertain of their procedures, and was patient to talk me through it. I am very happy I went there.
