Lancia Nursing Home

My mom went on vacation and fractured her pelvis in 5 places. After a week in hospital out of town we transferred her back home. She had to go to rehab before she could go home and we were lucky to get a bed at Lancia Ville. She was there a month and did so well. The staff nurses and aids were so caring and helpful, my mom loved them. The food was very good and they too had wonderfully kind staff.
Lastly, we wanted to thank the PT department who took my mom from bed to walking and finally home!
My mom thrived here and we are so grateful to have received such great care and compassion at Lancia.

My mother was a patient at Villa Vista for 5months. As her daughter, I was pleased with the staff during her stay. In Pittsburgh, there are a number of corporate-owned nursing facilities. A big bonus to Villa Vista
is that it is still owned by a Steubenville
family with a lot of heart, and that makes all the difference. This is
both a homey yet professional place: from the helpful, sweet voice of
the receptionist, the personable and sensitive social services coordinator, the
upbeat staff (and the nurses --who nearly always attended to my many phone
calls)...Even the "activities director" framed small photos for my mom.
