very friendly, knowledgeable and professional personnel, they take the time to answer any and all questions with no rush or making you feel foolish for not knowing how a new prosthetic works. went out of their way to contact the VA to do a video appointment just to save me the drive into Pittsburgh. i would highly recommend for anyone in the area that needs this kind of service to give them a call. i was treated as if i was their only client with all the time needed to go over everything while explaining everything in easy to understand language (no techno jargon) that only doctors would understand.
