Martinwoods Cabins

We had a wonderful stay at the Wildflower cabin! The driveway does require 4WD and is very steep, so heed the warnings! Private, quiet location. Cabin was very clean and stocked with various essentials needed, especially in the kitchen. The screened in porch was lovely and we enjoyed spending our mornings out there. The hot tub was also great to relax in after a day of hiking! Teresa was very communicative, and answered all of our questions promptly. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay!

Beautiful, serene place to stay. Love sitting on the porch or enjoying the hot tub. The cabins are very clean and well maintained. You have everything you need and more! The owners are always there to greet you and show you around, answering any questions you may have. Definitely recommend these cabins!!

We stayed at the Westwind lodge the last weekend in August for my moms 70th birthday celebration. It was perfect for our gathering. The owner always replied quickly to my questions. We used the 5 bedroom, 2 bath option for our group. The fireplace in the great room is stunning. Towels, linens were plentiful, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Loved the big hot tub! It’s located in a very pretty and remote area. Ash cave, and Old Man’s cave are around 20 minutes away. Ash Cave was our favorite as it has an easy paved accessible trail, and it was stunning. GPS is spotty so make sure to download directions before you leave the cabin, or have a map. The Inn and Spa at Cedar Falls is a great place to stop for lunch in between walking the trails. Highly recommend the cabin!

Martinswoods cabins are always so clean. They keep them fully stocked, they're close to hiking, and the owners are amazing to work with. They definitely have pride in what they do. It shows in the care they put in to the cabins. We've been there many times, and it's absolutely relaxing. Fall is a great time to go, with the leaves changing colors. We're hoping to go back down soon.
