Dr Rajput is so knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions without feeling rushed.

Overall Pediatric Associates is a great place. The front desk staff and nurses are awesome and so kind. They do a great job of getting your child in quickly especially if they are sick. The only negative I would say is Dr. Richardson. As a first time Mom I would have questions and I usually felt if we saw him he would dismiss my concerns. He interacted with my child very little and would spend most his time on his computer.

Earlier this year, my 5 week old baby had a fever from an unknown cause. Dr Richardson did an exceptional job explaining exactly what to expect as we were sent to Children's Hospital. He prepared me for everything that may happen, which helped make a scary time a little less difficult. He has always done a great job caring for my children. We have always had a good experience with all the doctors we have seen in this group.

I would suggest giving flu shots Monday-Friday or making exceptions on holidays when kids and parents are off for the day. I called to schedule flu shots on Veterans Day since my husband and kids are off, but they don't give shots on Mondays. I understand they may not have a nurse scheduled regularly on Mondays, but maybe they could schedule someone ahead of time to give shots on holidays when kids are out of school for the day. Would help parents out. It just doesn't make sense to me that they wouldn't be available to give flu shots on a day when kids are off school.

We have been using Pediatric Associates for 19 years with our kids. The staff is great, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. However, Dr. Marc Richardson really needs to re-evaluate how he diagnosis his patients. I took off work to take my youngest daughter in for what we thought was a sinus infection related illness. He did his usual protocol listening to her chest, strep test, etc and said, “its viral" and sent us on our way. His typical answer we have listen to for years. Less than 24 hours later she was having difficulty breathing so we took her to Urgent Care where she was diagnosed with a sinus infection and bronchitis. Now she is on antibiotics and an inhaler. How can two different medical facilities be so different on their diagnosis? I should had known better taking her to see him, but he was the doctor on schedule for this day. Going forward we will go to whatever office he is not at for that day.
