I am excited for all the upcoming changes and improvements. As the new Administrator, I strongly believe in exceptional customer service and will do what it takes to address issues
(January 21, 2022, 3:57 pm)We are under a new management company and we have a new Administrator. Although transitions are hard I feel extremely supported by ELC. I think this change will be great for the building and the staff, Most of them I know personally have seen a change already. Our residents are the most important to us. We are putting them first always.
