He was more than nice, understanding and helped us to understand the jeweler we were purchased. For the first time, I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of in a jewelry transaction. I was proud of my husband for choosing that particular store and happy about how we were treated. The manager even gave us a great piece of marital advice.
