Chase Bank

Just turned 18 and was looking to open a new account with Chase since I already had a highschool checking account with them. Cherry Grove wasn't very polite or helpful so I called here and instantly got the help I needed and amazing service from Drew Donovan. Thank you!!

They have coffee and re very nice. You can see consultants as well as tellers.

We are relocating to Cincinnati from Houston and I stopped at this Chase Bank near our daughter's residence for bank business before the moving truck arrived.
We're current Chase Bank customers, but I never visited this branch until today.

I met with Alan Childs, Relationship Banker Officer and he was outstanding. Alan was a true professional who took care of me with a smile.
Also, I mentioned that we would rent for a year to get familiar with the area, before buying a house again. He gave me the mortgage folder and briefly explained the contents, so we would consider Chase Bank when starting another mortgage - that was quick thinking on his part and smart business.
