I can’t speak for their current staff, but when I worked with the office a few years back, I was successful in dropping about 20 pounds on their system. The thing is that you’ve got to be committed and do exactly what you’re told. Don’t try to modify the plan, and don’t think you can cheat and “make up” the calories later. If you do what you’re supposed to do, this program absolutely works. I’m a real person, not a bot, and I’m telling you this works. It was pricey, but I felt worth it in the end. You’ve got to do your part through!
