Top notch experience training at Black Sheep Performance! I tore my ACL 9 years ago skiing & had constant knee pain although I went through physical therapy post surgery. I started training with BSP with the goal of returning to skiing. Within 4 months I was back skiing, void of the knee pain I’ve lived with for the last 9 years! My overall fitness level & health has drastically improved & I’m now training for the Flying Pig half marathon! I’m energized to be on a fitness journey with Black Sheep Performance & highly recommend their trainers.

Every one of the trainers here is great! Doesn’t matter the age. They are great with kids and professional athletes alike. If you want to give your kids all the tools they need to be a successful athlete, this is the place for them.

Before my son played QB in games, I took him to BSP as a lanky, 3rd grader with a noodle arm and a former HS gunslinger as a Dad. After less than 20 hrs of training and a year later, he’s a different kid. Forget about all the mechanics and skills they have taught and fixed for him. The love of the game. The confidence he is starting to have as he plays the hardest position is sports, is what I’m most thankful to BSP for. He has worked with a few guys and they all have been incredible. QB play in Cincinnati be ultra competitive in the future. Love being a member of Black Sheep family.

My son has participated in the Quarter Back Academy/ Junior Performance Training and one on sessions at Black Sheep. Every single time we walk through the door we are welcomed and have an incredible experience. The culture is full of energy and positivity every time we go. Every trainer we have had the experience to work with has been nothing less than stellar. The communication has been open and very professional. I am so happy to have found a place for my son to have such a positive and rewarding experience! We look forward to many years to come!
