Was able to get in and get out quit quickly. They have a new system and places to sit. No more standing on line for hours.

I’m not sure why, but the people who work here are some of the NICEST BMV/DMV employees I’ve ever experienced. Like, I’ve never actually enjoyed a BMV experience until coming to this one hahaha. Very kind, helpful, and efficient.

I'm a fan of the new way of checking in. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Much better than the snaking line you stand in forever.

Probably one of the fastest BMV I've been to. Even when they seem crowded it's faster than the ones I've been to in Springfield, Dayton and Columbus.

It's a DMV, but it's one of the best I've ever been in. It's a large area, with hallway seating so you don't have to be in the offices. They also have a driver's exam office, right next to the regular office. My teen literally passed his driving test, they updated his grades, and we went next door and got everything done for his license, and we finished in under an hour. I think the staff is more friendly, and absolutely found them to be helpful.
