Caring, competent, responsive, and friendly staff made us feel comfortable and confident upon arrival and throughout our stay. The entire staff from the administrator to therapists to the aides quickly became family. PT and OT services were exceptional and key to recovery.

My Dad was admitted for rehab late on a Friday. He was in a closed room for all but the last two days of his stay because he had COVID. Rehab wasn't started right away since it was late and not much happens on the weekends. His entire stay, not counting the day he was admitted, was 9 full days; he went home early on the 10th day. Our communication with the staff started slowly, not knowing when rehab would start or when his medications were given; it was frustrating at first. After several calls, there was improvement in communication. While visiting him several times during his stay I got the opportunity to see that the food served appeared to be good and Dad seemed satisfied. It's hard to say what it would be like to live there, but my Dad was very glad to go back to his home at an assisted living facility.
