There was a noise coming from my left back side of my car. They put it up in the lift for me. Looked at it and told me where I could take it to get an estimate. They were very helpful in very courteous.

And they actually thanked us for choosing them to do the work - rare to happen these days! Years ago they towed us home from Michigan the day after Christmas when our van died. They were as pleasant then as they were when doing the recent body work. A+++

The CRV that we have for less than 18 months was rear ended and we came to Childress based on the impeccable work that they have done on our vehicles in the past. I told them I wanted no after market parts or bondo and they came thru with flying colors! We had to wait on the parts that took a while but it was thru no fault of theirs that it took so long. Our vehicle is as pretty as it was when we drove off the dealer's lot. I hate to think that I might have to use their services in the future but would not think of going anywhere else.
