This was once a very helpful company. They must’ve outgrown their principles. It feels like an inconvenience to them to be a customer.

EDIT: The CEO, Jordan Bazemore, saw this review and reached out directly. He quickly apologized very sincerely for the miscommunication cited in my review, and directly went to trying to solve the issues, even if by referring me elsewhere.

There are always bumps in the road, and I have a lot of respect for how this company handled this one.

It is so important to have an agent who works with multiple insurance carriers, putting real eyes and attention on your policy, to get you the best coverage for your money!! Allie not only saved me a ton of money on my policy, so much so, I could afford to pay it in full and take advantage of another discount... BUT for less money I'm still getting FAR more coverage than my last company/policy!! Great company and amazing agents!!
