Greydon House

This apartment complex is wonderful! Affordably priced for how nice the apartments are; I love the pond in the complex. There are always ducks! The area is beautiful; there's lots of grass and trees. Everyone I have met here has been very nice, and the ladies who work here are so helpful and sweet! There is even a cute little box in the neighborhood that is like a shared library where you can leave a used book and take one. It is so cute! Highly recommend this place if you are considering!

Some of the best customer service I've ever received at an apartment complex. Whitney and Ky are super sweet and are genuinely willing to help.

Unfortunately due to location, I won't be moving into the Greydon House. I prefer things in walking distance. But if you don't mind driving to everything, this is definitely a perfect location for you.

Greydon house is great and quiet community with a staff that provides good response time and address incidents promptly. Didn’t give 5 because there is no surveillance system available. This would help keep cars safe and enforce rules across common areas.
