(October 29, 2022, 9:25 am)I can not say enough good about First Federal Lakewood. Used to live in the Cleveland area, but am temporarily living in Dayton. Did not want to change banks as the Lakewood branch was always so helpful and convenient. Found out there was a branch in Dublin, which is much closer then the Cleveland area. Curt has been my go-to guy in Dublin. He is so helpful and has never disappointed. Customer for life!!!
(February 22, 2022, 1:41 pm)Any time I stop in the bank I feel like I am not just a customer, but a friend as well. My questions have always been handled quickly, effectively, and with great compassion. I’ve been banking for nearly 25 years and have not met a more customer service driven bank.
