I have used these guys as my bed bug exterminator in my Columbus Ohio rental properties several times. John and his team are AWESOME! As a landlord, the peace of mind of having this team perform heat treatments is stellar. They are also very competitively priced and responsive, and keep you in the loop of how things are going on - which is great when I am out of town. Plus they stand by and guarantee their work! In addition to bed bugs, they took care of mice, rodents and cockroaches for me as unfortunately some of my tenants were not the best at keeping clean!
