I've never had an issue with the company. I feel like you aren't just a number but a person with them. Easy to work with, reliable and not all the crazy hoops and order issues I've had with the major suppliers.
One star off because I would like call back or update on anything I call in about if it's not resolved right then on the phone. So far it always has been resolved, but I'm left wondering until the box shows up on my door. Fix that and 5-stars all day.
I have found this supplier to be easy to work with. They are available when I call with questions. They also notify me when we are due for resupply and ship the supplies quickly. I like that they are located only 1.5 hours from my home as well.
