He was very good at explaining all the features and stuff, never forced any extra warranties or accesories that other salesmen might do. I was very satisfied with my car buying experience thanks to Brent.

The price is affordable and they are upfront with the cost. They did a nice job washing it for free since my vehicle was not purchased their. My only issue was when the attendant told me I may need a brake service. I responded by asking if they did an inspection how did they not notice that I had new brakes nine months old. No response to that.

You know, they messed up my order for my struts. I went out there and they did not have them at the time they said they would. But the clerk, admitted the mistake and redeem the gaffe by driving to the warehouse and then traveled all the way to South Arlington to deliver the struts to my mechanic. I appreciate folks and companies who admit faults and then make amends through sincere words and actions. Thank you.
