I have been apartment hunting for about 3 months now. I am in no rush but because It is my first time renting an apartment I ask a lot of questions. most places I've called are impatient and fed up with the questions they probably get asked all day but When I called just for information I spoke to Kiara. She was so sweet and patient. The best representative I've spoken to at any apartment complex. I just moved out love the place, but had to move due to job offer in San Diego. I lived there for a year. Property was really well kept and staff was great. When ever I had an issue in my apartment they took care of it on a timely manner. I lived in a 2 bedroom, very spacious and the fact I didn't have to buy appliances was a plus. This was my first apartment fresh out of college with a new job and my first apartment. I really will miss this place.

The only problem I had was parking, even though I lived by myself it was not a problem finding parking since it was assigned it was only when I had friends come over it was very difficult for them to find parking. Four stars out of Five just because of the parking issue.
