This is the best company I have ever worked for. We have a team of people that truly care about the patients and I couldn’t be more proud to work for a company like this. I have worked as an aide for this company and it’s truly the best company I’ve worked for as an aide. You get one on one time with your patients and you are not rushed meaning you can provide the proper level of care and compassion for your patients. I now work in the office and it’s also such a welcoming environment filled with people who really care about each other and our patients. I can’t say enough about this company and would consider it for my own family members who might inevitably need hospice care.

As a current employee of this organization, I can honestly say I have never worked anywhere that works so hard to try and satisfy customers, clients, employees, and the greater community as much as this employer does! I can honestly say our employees and leaders are driven by the need to ensure our clients are taken care of. I am exceedingly pleased with my time here, and plan on many more years to come!

Ohio Living Home Health and Hospice has been my place of employment going on 10 years. I rate five stars for the fabulous management staff and all the great people who work here with me. I have aides that have been here 10, 15 and 18 years, drivers that have been here over 20 years, which I think speaks volumes about the company. Our nurses are passionate and caring and love what they do. We provide compassionate care to patients and families, and it shows when I have a nurse in my office emotional about the loss of a patient who was on hospice. We know the path for our hospice patients but are still very moved when they leave us. I would recommend Ohio Living to any family looking for service or anyone looking for employment.

Love working for Ohio Living. Co-workers are very professional. Management is very understanding and helpful. I would use this company if I, or any member of my family needed home/hospice care. Clients are given first class care by employees. I have been treated with respect and I've made awesome lifelong friends while I've been here.

I have been here approximately 9 months. As the Director of Program Services, what I can say is I see nothing but good hearted people. I have seen the employees time and time again do what's right by the clients we serve. Ohio Living has been named one of the Best Places to work in Aging Services, and I am so happy to be a part of it. I would want our nurses and staff to take care of me if I needed home health or hospice services.
