I needed a battery but no other location would put it in for me, I tried 3 different locations and they all told me it would be too difficult and they couldn't do it. I called Crystal, expecting the same response and she told me to bring it to her so she could take a look. I get there and there was a young man that was willing to try, but he couldn't figure it out, so Crystal came out and in a matter of like 5 minutes, my battery was in and I was on my way. Just AMAZING customer service, she deserves 3 raises since 3 other stores weren't even willing to try. In a world where customer service barely exists anymore, she deserves to be acknowledged and rewarded! Thank you Crystal!!😊
