Washington Courthouse Family Housing

Well they are nice apartments. They fix anything that needs fixed. Just need to get the tenents that has kids to pick up thier trash and stuff that they bring outside to play up. I think there should be something we have to sign saying if we don't pick up stuff our kids or people that we have at our apartments, we should have to pay a fee of a certain amount, that way there wouldn't be all this trash or toys laying all over the grounds of these apartments. I know there is something in the lease were we can get wrote up then kicked out, but nothing is being done about this issue.
Other than this issue, the Apartments are Great other than that.
