It was completely worth it. We were already considering FSBO, but this option instead gave us all the benefits of having a realtor for a low cost. If you’re willing to do a little bit of work yourself, like take photos, measurements, write your listing, etc, Scott & Terry will do all the real heavy lifting and get you a great sale price. We did end up having all buyers with agents come through our home, but it was easy with the scheduling app they provide and contracts with dotloop. Even after paying a buyer agent commission, they still saved us $7,500 in seller commissions!! I was a little skeptical going into it, but it all went so well. Can’t thank them enough!

Terry was amazing and tenacious with following through on the sell of our home. There were strange and challenging hurdles within this process, but Terry held the buyers and their agent to the contract--one that got us the highest selling price in our development by more than $25k. She also saved us a lot of money in realtor fees because of her business model.
