Shannon has been our driver for many years, 8 I think. He has always shown great professionalism and respect for me as a customer. He has always addressed any needs promptly and has always been upfront and honest with us. I am grateful for all he has done for us over the years that make us feel well taken care of as a customer. He is training Casey and from what I have seen, Casey is following in the same foot steps. Very professional and friendly. They both demonstrate excellent customer service!!
