Very knowledgable staff, helpful, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I would travel longer than necessary just to deal with this team. Clean store and great atmosphere. Highly recommend.

This place has everything you need from hardware to auto parts. They still have employees that know what they are doing, and they always ask if you need any help. They even had a part for my 35 year old tiller in stock!

Great store that I frequent on a regular basis. Staff are typically very friendly and helpful. It’s not a big box store but I find they almost always have what I need for a small project. Napa being in the same building makes it that much better!

Give them a shot, so much better shopping experience seeing familiar faces that actually know about what they sell. Much better than the Lowe’s and Home Depot’s of the world...

I shop at Best for three reasons 1 They have a large inclusive stock of items. 2 the staff greet you and ask if need help finding the item you are after. 3 John the manager will stop what he is doing and help the customers if all the staff is busy helping other customer.

I have always been pointed in the right direction by friendly and knowledgeable staff and left with what I in came for. The prices appear competitive, the staff seem to put my interests above profit, and I certainly enjoy the atmosphere more than that of a big box store. 5/5!
