I met Dr. Vaught at a downtown fair in Delaware some four years ago and found her to be very easy to relate to. At our appointment she did a hearing evaluation and suggest some hearing aides. Although I went to other hearing aid companies I eventually settle with her because of her thoroughness and professionalism. I have been quite please with the hearing aids that I bought from her. When problems arose with them she took care of them in a quick and professional way. When her original company closed down its office suddenly I re-established my relationship with her at her present company. She has even been a help to my wife who has nearly perfect hearing but none the less had questions that she answered.
