Very impressed with the customer service! My toddler broke the glass on a brand new light we were installing, they are sending a replacement for free! Also the product line we purchased is the Barrington collection and we are in love with the product! Thank you for being such an upstanding company!
Kichler is a company that really knows how to take care of their people, AND their customers. It's hard to find that sometimes these days. Over and over I have been constantly wowed by their attention to detail when it comes to customer service. They really do care about your satisfaction with their product. They offer super high quality fixtures and they are currently expanding into more items like fans with Bluetooth speakers, etc.
I've met their staff from product design and development, to product testing and even the vp, president and owner. Each of these indiduals treated me like I was one of their own, asking me questions about him their product in the field and making me feel particularly special. After my experience with Kichler over the past 10 years, I would not recommend any other lightong company. Kichler has it all.their designs are unique, and built to last!
