(October 27, 2020, 10:15 am)Took me 4 hours before my 11 am appointment time. As others have said they will unload you quickly but that does not mean you are done. The wait for paperwork was 2 hours. Can't complain was still leaving before I was even supposed to be here. Not sure why others said overnight parking. They must of just gotten lucky. There is very little room. I went to the backside dock to park and they came out and said I had to leave and come back closer to my appointment.There is a partially vacant warehouse right across the street from guard shack entrance that has a lots of room to park. Please just don't be a slob and leave your trash laying around and get all trucks banned from parking there.
