Sips and Such Social House

I will be back ASAP. This place is DELISH! I got the one of the special drinks called ghoul something and it was so good. Also got the waffle breakfast sandwich and absolutely loved it. The remainder of the menu looks amazing so I'll have to come back until I've tried everything yummmm 😋😋😋

This is my 5th visit and another home run! There are always new fun things to try in addition to their usual menu which is large on its own. Today they had a special cupcake cold brew latte and the cutest summer-themed mimosa flight!!! I got them both and they were good! The mimosa flight felt big enough to share with my friend. It was another good experience and I’ll definitely back.

Super friendly staff. Food was fresh, hot and had some unique specials. We had the Mt. Middleburg and the breakfast waffle sliders. Fresh croissants, bagels and muffins are for sale as well. TONS of coffee, smoothies and drink specials! The atmosphere is trendy and decor is really nice!! Exceptionally clean. We arrived a little before 10 and there was no wait- but there was a line out the door at 10:40 when we left.
