Fantastic experience from start to finish. Dr. Frazee was wonderful, his expertise throughout the process was very reassuring. He takes time to talk with patients about options and answers any questions to ensure you are comfortable. Additionally, the rest of the staff was a pleasure to deal with. The front desk staff was always very helpful and friendly. The surgeon’s assistant was extremely knowledgeable and made everything very simple, answering questions and providing guidance throughout. The billing department was efficient, accurate, and timely. Zero complaints, highly recommended!
