Very personable and can recall personal information that you may have previously shared with them and show a sincere interest. I was comparing out of pocket expenses to renew my contact prescription and although another online company was much cheaper my CSR worked all discounts available to match the other one. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

I drove to your Mayfield Heights location after visiting University Heights at 8:00am and they had not a single item nor any displays out.
