Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Medical Office Building II

Since I became ill many years ago, I have been using Cleveland Clinic Care at home and I must say that I cannot be more pleased. In short, the service provided is truly outstanding. When I originally needed home equipment, Cleveland Clinic Home Care had the equipment in my home before any of the others even called back. Yes, sometimes you spend time on hold but they are worth the wait! A little extra time is worth this quality of service.

I love the completely incoherent rants or gibberish of the last two reviews… Very sorry if someone lost a loved one however you have to be insane to believe that this institution would want a patient to die. My experience has been excellent, I found the staff to be extremely professional although a bit lazy at times. I suppose anyone complaining about the clinic could do a better job running 10 regional hospitals and 19 family health centers in north-east Ohio, and hospitals in Florida and Nevada. I know I can do that in my sleep :-). In all seriousness, there are always "a few people" at every large institution but at the Cleveland clinic I have found that overwhelmingly the staff is above reproach.
