My experience at Lovesac was great! Our sales associate was knowledgeable and friendly. The store is super clean and the process of selecting and purchasing our Lovesac took less than 45 minutes. My husband and I can’t for it to be delivered.

Both Luke, who assisted me in the store and Dante, who completed my sale over the phone were knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. They demonstrated a solid knowledge of their products and were helpful without being aggressive or pushy.

Very comfortable store. The sales staff are very polite, Christopher was extremely helpful, and the product is ingenious. Definitely something to check out if you're in Legacy Village.

Sydney was amazing and very patient helping us fit what we needed into our living room. I would recommend the Legacy Village location is the place to shop.

I love my new sactional. The pieces and covers were delivered and with some help from the family were put together and set up the same day. The instructional video was extremely helpful and saved us from a lot of mistakes. I would highly recommend it.
