The food was good and the clerk was courteous, fast, and efficient. The only problem was that there was no coffee in the coffee dispensers. We finally were able to get our coffee after more than a 20 minute wait and after bringing the problem to the staff's attention 3 times. It appeared to me that the reason for the delay was because there were simply not enough people working to take care of the customers and the coffee station.

I was absolutely astonished by the service here provided by the associates. This was especially the case for two young men I met that were making my sandwich. The case that I am reviewing for is when my order was rung out wrongly by this associate at the register, it was rung out as a “for here” order but in reality I said it was “to-go.” Those young men behind the sandwich and salad counter greeted me politely and handled the situation without any hesitation and had no sense of annoyance for the misconception. However, a manager was notified by the person at the register and she, the manager, came out with the sense of disgust, treating her employees like they had done something terribly wrong. I was confused why they were being mistreated and being compelled to fix the order, without any sense of ease. I was at a sense of sorrow for the gentleman. Overall, what I can conclude from this experience is that, the associates, especially the ones in the sandwich area, are all great people with great manners, but I was not a fan of the management at all!
