Acupuncture First

Affordable acupuncture in a community setting at its finest. My teen likes to attend. She looks forward to the reiki and enjoys the acupuncture. She feels that private acupuncture and massage therapy are cost prohibitive with her limited budget but is willing to splurge on the acupuncture in this small group setting.

I see Karen regularly, but my interactions with the rest of the staff have been nothing less than amazing. The team cultivates a calming, welcoming, and safe environment. I can't say enough about Karen and regularly recommend her to others. She is knowledgeable and experienced and has been able to dramatically control my symptoms in a way that no other acupuncturist or medical professional has. She is thorough; she listens; she is undeterred by complications; she is compassionate and cares deeply about her clients. What with the medical community being hyper-specialized to the point of being myopic, I appreciate Karen's holistic approach and understanding. Karen has been able to control my chronic condition and restore me to a state in which I'm able to return to activities I enjoy after years of not being able to due to physical limitations. Karen has also been helpful in offering diverse techniques and practices that I can do at home to help control symptoms between visits.

Karen is the absolute best. She has created a warm, welcoming and completely calming environment. Karen is so knowledgeable and experienced; you will not find a better acupuncturist or experience out there. Thank you so much for the beautiful sessions.

The environment is calming and inviting. Staff is incredibly welcoming and kind. My first acupuncture session with Fern was more beneficial than I ever expected. 100% recommend for anyone in need of acupuncture/cupping therapy in the Cleveland area!

It's wonderful and the owner is so smart and experienced in eastern philosophy and belief systems... She's helped me over the years avoid unnecessary surgery and helped with severe issues as well as minor health occurances and general well being. So happy to be a regular client! :)
