Very impressed by the staff and the cleanliness. When I walked in everyone was cleaning. They all stopped though to greet me immediately. I don't remember his name but the bald guy who handled my problem was amazing. He explained my bill to me and gave me a free line of service that I didn't even need a phone for. Who does that?

Great service and great location Ron will handle all your needs and take care of you like you were his family doesn't hurt that he's easy on the eyes either. To be able to visit him in store and be treated like royalty by some sweet man candy like Ron is a dream come true.

All around amazing experience. Mike is the best. He not only listened to our concerns and handled our issues but showed us how we could get a free line of service to use whenever we wanted. I'll never go to any other T-Mobile again. Best part is its right down the street. Never even knew it was there. Saw it when I was driving home from work.

First off I have to say far and away the cleanist, most well organized, and professional store Ive ever been to. Mike and John were simply amazing. John's customer service was impecable and Mike's pleasant attitude and industry knowledge was the best I've ever seen. I will be using this store only from know on and telling everyone I know to do the same simply beacuse of how those two took care of me and how clean the store is.

Josue is amazing. He's helped me in 30 seconds swapping out my sd card after 25 minutes of me struggling. Since my last local store closed? I'm so glad this store is even closer!
