I had called in for Assistance request, verifying my new medical card and my nations MasterCard. I was having difficulty online verifying everything so I called in and the young lady on the advantage Medicare coverage line was so very helpful. I’m sorry that I don’t remember her name but she got me all set up with verification of my new insurance card as well as my Nation Mastercard card. She was so friendly and helpful making my day a lot easier than it could’ve been. Again, I am sorry that I don’t remember her name. But I’m sure if the Survey department go into my records it can be found, and I wished her to receive any kind of credit for her assistance. I am so sorry that all of these people have had unsatisfactory service. I have been with Medical Mutual Insurance for 25+ years. I have NEVER had an issue with customer service or billing. If I have questions, I always call and receive excellent care.
