WOW! KIND HONEST HELPFUL PEOPLE DO EXIST!!! If you need an auto parts store look no further! BONUS, you can actually meet these real live helpful kind human beings here!! Wes went above and beyond to help me get my car repaired when it broke down today around 5:15pm, the day before New Years Eve. He knew my emergent situation and not only found the problem, but he also found the part I needed quickly. To my amazement he then called James from Mieneke down the street to get me right over to have them repair my car. He was helpful, professional, kind, and honest! I know, I had to pinch myself to make sure this was real! I highly recommend visiting Wes next time you need any type of vehicle parts or general help with your car needs. So refreshing to experience both Wes and Cynthia’s kindness in a world where it seems to get lost so easily! Best wishes to all!!

Today I needed a new car battery. I called two stores, a competitor and O'Reilly. The competitor could only supply prices, no details. They advertise they install too, but we're uncommitted to say yes until they see the car, even though make/model/yr was provided. Spoke to Brennt at O'Reilly's, he gave the price, warranty, cold cranking amps and other info. Ask if he installed, yes no problem, come on down. Visited the store, paid, and the battery was installed all with 15 minutes. Great customer service, great experience!
